Look forward to spectacular culinary delights prepared by our new Head Chef Michael Prader. He has been with us since May 2008 and is from the neighbouring town of Aldein, he has true Alto Adige roots and is a master of Nouvelle Cuisine. Our countless regular guests at Engel are full of praise for the perfect combination of Alto Adige delicacies and Mediterranean and international specialities.
